February 21, 2018 TROY—J.D. Winteregg, Conservative Republican candidate for Ohio’s 80th House District Seat, is pleased to announce his endorsement by the Ohio Citizens PAC.

In their endorsement, the Ohio Citizens PAC stated, “We believe in smaller government, lower taxes, and less government regulation and interference in order to protect individual freedom, liberty, and prosperity for all citizens. We are convinced that J.D. will truly be a representative for all the residents of the 80th House District–not just of the party and big-monied special interests–in Columbus. The Ohio Citizen’s PAC encourages all liberty-minded citizens in the 80th House District to vote for J.D. Winteregg for Ohio House in the Primary on May 8th! Citizens can learn more about our organization at www.OhioCitizensPAC.org.”

The Ohio Citizens PAC is dedicated to helping to elect conservative, liberty-minded “Citizen Representatives” to public and party offices.

Winteregg had this to say about the endorsement: “I have worked hard to earn the support of conservative, liberty-minded voters, and I am proud to have earned the endorsement of the Ohio Citizens PAC. While Republican leadership in this state, during the tenure of Governor John Kasich, has abandoned conservative, Republican principles in favor of building personal profiles and power, the Ohio Citizens PAC has remained focused on holding our elected officials accountable to the Repbulican values they promised us. I am looking forward to going to Columbus and helping the Republican party to re-focus on the things that matter to the voters: undoing the Kasich/Obama Medicaid expansion and fighting the liberal policies that erode our liberties.”

J.D. and his wife Aimee live in Troy with their son. J.D. is a former educator who works at a locally-known grain elevator, and he and his family attend First Baptist Church in Troy.

Ohio’s 80th House District includes Miami County and the southern part of Darke County. The Republican primary election will be held on May 8, 2018.
